SomaliVisaHub provides private visa assistance services, including application guidance, document collection, submission support, status tracking, and customer support.

SomaliVisaHub is not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

We do not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions are made only by the relevant government, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

As a user, you must:

• Provide accurate information
• Upload valid documents
• Ensure your passport is valid
• Respond to support requests
• Review your information before submission

All processing times are estimates and may change due to government or embassy delays, missing documents, holidays, technical issues, or other external factors.

Regarding fees:

• Fees are shown during the application process.
• Some fees may be service fees.
• Government or embassy fees may be separate, depending on the destination.
• Payment confirmation may be required before processing begins.

Refunds are handled as follows:

• Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your application.
• If work has already started, service fees may be non-refundable.
• If the official authority rejects an application, this does not automatically mean the service fee is refundable.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

SomaliVisaHub is not responsible for delays or rejection caused by incorrect, fake, expired, unclear, or incomplete documents provided by the user.

SomaliVisaHub is not responsible for decisions made by official authorities, or for travel losses, ticket losses, hotel bookings, missed flights, or other delays outside our control.
