Is SomaliVisaHub a government website?
No. SomaliVisaHub is a private visa assistance service. We are not a government agency, embassy, or immigration authority.
Does SomaliVisaHub issue visas?
No. Visa approval and issuance are handled only by the relevant government, embassy, or immigration authority. We assist with the application process.
Can SomaliVisaHub guarantee visa approval?
No. We cannot guarantee approval. The final decision belongs to the official visa authority.
What documents do I need?
Common documents include a valid passport, a face photo or passport-size photo, your contact information, and any additional documents required by the destination country.
Is my passport information safe?
Yes. Your documents are handled only for application support purposes and are not shared except where required to process your request.
How can I track my application?
Use the Track page with your application reference. If you need help finding your application, contact our support team.
What happens if my application is rejected?
Rejection decisions are made by the relevant authority. Service fees may still apply because the assistance work has already been completed.
Can I edit my information after submitting?
Please contact support as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after your application has been submitted to the relevant authority.
How long does processing take?
Processing time depends on the destination country, visa type, urgency level, and the official authority's workload.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can apply as a guest. An account is optional and lets you keep all your applications in one place.
How do I pay?
Available payment methods are shown during the application process. You only pay using the options offered there.
Can I apply from outside Somalia?
Yes. You can apply online from anywhere, as long as you can provide the required documents.
What if I uploaded the wrong document?
Contact support immediately with your application reference so we can help you correct it.
Will I receive updates?
You can track your status online and may receive support updates, including on WhatsApp, depending on your application.
What languages are supported?
Somali, English, and Arabic.
